Ra’s al Ghūl. Blood on his hands for the swords he’s held, blood on his lips for the armies he’s commanded. Blood on his heart for the love he’s lost, blood on his chest for the lives he’s lost.
Max Dillon / Electro. Blood on his hands, only his hands, for the hearts he’s stopped both intentionally and accidentally.
Harvey Dent / Two-Face. Blood on his hand and his coin for his action(s), blood on his head for his fragmented psyche.
Maxwell Lord. Blood from his nose and mouth for his manipulations, blood from his abdomen from getting shot. Blood on his right hand for his trigger finger. Blood on his neck for his death.
I’m doing a series between other illustrations (mostly commissions) that I’m calling “Sins and Wounds”. Needless to say it will be bloody. First Norman Osborn: Blood on his hands and feet for his weapons of choice, blood on his lips for abusive words he’s spoken. Blood over his heart for his chest wound.
Did you see the light in my heart?

I wanted to draw McCulloch sans mask. I’m not completely fond of his most recent unmasked appearance (Flash #212 that is, the surrounding issues seemed fine… he was slightly too young looking in that issue outside of the flashbacks, hair slightly too scenekid, and no gap tooth which to me is always a problem) so I took a crack at what I think is a pretty good marriage of designs.
